Gala Concert

Created in 2015, the International Flute Festival presents a whole host of events, including courses, master classes, lectures, exhibitions and concerts – over a hundred hours devoted the flute, attended by thousands of visitors from all over the world, and ending with a gala evening.

This year the Orchestre des Pays de Savoie and conductor Nicolas Chalvin are joined in a festive concert by four well-known soloists, Julien Beaudiment, Silvia Careddu, Michel Moraguès and Emmanuel Pahud. On the programme (part two): a selection of concertante works with two, three and four solo flutes. The first part of the concert will be devoted to works by the three prizewinners in the “Projets des Jeunes Flûtistes” competition. The prizes will be presented at the gala.
